Vintage trailer in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

14ft 1969 south park trailer. A sweet layout and vibe!
Buuuut....in COMPLETELY ROUGH SHAPE and needs a handyperson with lots of time and covered space.
When i was 6 months pregnant i thought it was a hood idea to restore a trailer! #extremenesting
-rotten floor...needs replacing
- Has fridge, heater, sink that all need to be put back in ...status of fridge and furnace are not known and i removed them for a reason!
-interior walls need to be put back in (right now its just the frame, styrofoam insulation, and aluminum exterior. some uncut panels are included)
-has solar panel & marine batteries. No shore power - this baby is completely off-tha-griiiid!
-Space for queen bed.
-two propane tanks for stove & heater
-no bathroom
-has cabinets but are removed and can be put back in
-has dinette that needs fandangling
This is a serious project that I no longer have time for. Had a baby instead lol! So sad to see it go but I simply cant work on it anymore
