To hold the booking, we require the total payable by etransfer, visa or mastercard. A booking is not considered held until the monies are received.
Cancellation Policy:
A min. of 14 days notice for rentals 7 nights or less
A min. of 28 days notice for rentals more than 7 nights
After which no refund will apply
Damage Deposit:
We process a $500 damage deposit by Visa or MasterCard the day of pick up to ensure the trailer is returned in clean and undamaged condition.
No smoking inside the sleeping area
(the damage deposit will apply if smoking is detected).
Delivery might be possible (we both work) for a fee
