Camperized Chevy Express 1500 Adventuremobile in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

We are selling our beloved camper. My silly wife is going back to school and we can't have nice things anymore.

We are third owners, and have had it for just over a year.
Original owner camperized the van and installed a separate 12V electrical system (for lights and small electronics), powered by two deep cycle batteries in parallel. Batteries are charged with standard RV hookup, which also powers a standard 115V electrical system that can be used when plugged in.
Propane heater. This thing is amazing, and I really appreciated through the winter. It is currently not working, but I believe it is a quick fix.
Exhaust fan with hatch to avoid moisture and odor build up.
Interior water tank hooked up to a small pump and faucet (no drain).
12V thermoelectric cooler, which we would run continuously for days before needing to charge.
No accidents, some mechanical work done including valve and gasket replacements.
New roof racks installed for long trips.
Lots of interior storage.
