Beautiful Vanagon Westfalia Syncro in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

I am selling my 1988 Syncro Westfalia. This van is very clean inside and out. We are letting it go because it is just too small to fit me, my wife, our new baby and 2 large dogs - we are needing something larger. It comes with the 4 speed + low range manual transmission which gets great gas mileage for a motorhome (~20mpg).
It has a Volkswagen rebuilt engine (about 100,000km ago), power locks, power steering, power mirrors, rear under-seat heater, and very well kept Westfalia kitchen unit. Due to the aftermarket shocks and springs this van has about a 2" lift in the front and a 3" lift in the rear and a nice stiff ride. As with all Syncro's this van comes with a rear dif locker (seems to have a vacuum issue not currently working).
Much of the original VW gear has remained with the van, including the fire extinguisher, original owner's manual, original tapedeck stereo (I had trouble getting it to work though), many of the original decals and stickers on the interior of the van, and the second table (which is almost always missing in these vans). The van also comes with a wicked bike rack and a like new side awning for the sliding door. A lot of work has been done on this van, unfortunately used victoria only allows 2300 characters and I cant list it all here. Several thousand dollars in new parts went into this van over the winter, I did all the work myself or the bill would have likely been pushing 10,000$! It is a very nice van that I hope goes to someone who can get more use out of it!
