Must like dogs! I provide doggy day care and have up to three dogs in the house at any given time: one golden retriever, one Great Dane and one small habanese. They are all friendly.
Large furnished bedroom with semi (mostly) private bathroom available for the September to June school year. Our home is located on a beautiful, private, 1.5 acre lot, surrounded by nature and within a 8 minute walk to the royal exchange bus routes.
The $800/month rent includes breakfast, all utilities and wifi.
For $950/month, dinner will be provided as well. You would be responsible for your own lunches.
No meal plan would be $750/month.
First and last months rent, plus a damage deposit ($400) would be payable upon signing a rental agreement.
Must provide proof of enrolment with a post secondary institution and a clean criminal record check.
This is a non smoking home and there is a covered area outside if you are a smoker.
