I've rented a beautiful 3 level townhome in James Bay (2 blocks from the downtown Inner Harbour on Oswego Street). I am now looking for 2 room mates to share this home. It has 3 beds, 3 baths, gas fireplace, garage (for 1 car or bikes) and will work well for shared living. There is a bus stop in front. The large Master Bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet could be used as a bed/sitting room so will be more money than the smaller bedrooms. It will be 1200 for the unfurnished Master bedroom and 1050 for unfurnished smaller bedrooms. (Furniture for a small room could be negotiated if necessary) Each room has a bathroom attached or assigned. Costs include rent for room and shared living space, all utilities (heat, power, gas, water), laundry and wifi. My ideal room mates will be 50 plus women, quiet, respectful, wanting privacy but also wanting to have some companionship in daily living. Absolutely no drugs (not 420 friendly), excessive substance use or parties. Essentially a non-drinking home but open to an occasional glass of wine. It is my hope that we respectfully create a safe, serene and inclusive home for the 3 of us. There are lots of stairs so you must be able to walk up several flights just to get into the house and then to the rooms. Move in date is negotiable but is available June 1st!
