JUNE 1. we are looking for a new housemate for JUNE 1.
the house. 2 story heritage house at quadra and finlayson. gorgeous. hard wood floors. shared living room, dining room, huge kitchen, two full baths. two bedrooms per floor. lots of space for everybody. washer and dryer. large tiered deck with BBQ. large fully fenced yard with raised beds. garage for bike and general storage. tool shed/work place for such things. shared deep freeze.
the room: LARGE DOWNSTAIRS ROOM FACING THE ROAD. LARGE WINDOW. CLOSET.
the housemates. 3 reasonable, tolerant, clean, and employed humans.mid 30's. All humans keep daylight hours. We are social but view our home as a peaceful place. We throw a house party a season and occasional dinner parties. We value tidiness, kindness, and clear communication. we want a calm, happy, harmonious home.
the cost: 650 plus 1/4 of bills including super fast wifi (usually 75$ but more in the winter due to heating)
you: independent reasonable adult human, employed. A DOG WOULD BE CONSIDERED however there will be a large dog returning to the house in 6 months time (sublet currently) please pm zach fortin or nicky blazuk if you feel you would be a good fit.
