Your room will be unfurnished; however, the Kitchen, dining rm and living room will be furnished. You will need to lease the room for one year at $795/month plus 1/6 of all the utilities.
The location is on Cedar Hill by the Kiwantis Village Retirement village, quiet area for the most part.
There is a bus stop close by, its walking distance to Hillside Mall, and Cedar Hill Rec Centre.
On street parking, in-suite laundry, bike storage and shared main bathroom with one roommate and house guests.
