Hello! I am a 27 year old female, who is majorly laidback and would love a similar roommate.
The place comes with in-suite laundry, and a parking spot in front of the house.
I do own fish, and I think with a deposit the landlord may accept one small dog or a cat, I’ll ask.
When it comes to me, when I say I try to keep to myself I do mean that, but I don’t mind socializing here and there. The place is largely unfurnished and the room is also unfurnished so if you have a couch, dining room table etc, there is space for that! If you have any other questions shoot me a text :)
