Hello there,
I'm looking for a new roommate for July 1st.
The place is a two bedroom/bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor, 755 Caledonia Ave. Hudson Walk 1 in Downtown Victoria. It includes in house dryer/washer, dishwasher, a storage locker, etc..
The room is a 10x10 with a 3x9 closet
All walls are concrete so it's quiet and a good temperature year round.
Rent shared is $850 per month +damage deposit for the first month, utilities and internet aren't included but are usually $100 altogether. The building is pet friendly, but a deposit is required. Parking is extra and around $100 per month.
A bit about me; I'm 27 year old man, currently a student at Camosun College doing a Biopsychology Dbl Major, working Full-time and volunteering in the community. I don't have any major preferences but someone respectful, clean, and responsible would be preferable.
