Student (female only) bedroom is available for rent in a character home. It is on the second floor of the house and shares a bathroom with a second female student already renting a room upstairs. The room measures 13'6"X13', has a double bed, night table, two dressers, desk, chairs, lamps, hardwood floor, large window, large closet and a storage closet. Our house is located a 5 minute walk to a bus stop and a 15-20 minute #11 bus ride to UVic or downtown; a 25 minute bus ride to Camosun College Lansdowne Campus via #11 bus to Foul Bay Road then transferring to the #15 bus to Camosun; a 5 minute walk to Willows Beach Park; a 10 minute walk to Oak Bay Village where you will find a Pharmacy, all banks, a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, library, etc; a 10 minute walk to the Oak Bay Recreation Centre and Save-On Foods grocery store. On street parking is available. WiFi, sheets and towels are provided. Laundry and kitchen are shared with our family. We have 2 small, gentle dogs but they are only allowed in certain areas of the main floor of the house, basement and backyard. Alcohol abstainer and non-smoker, please.
