I am renting a fully furnished room in a beautiful light & plant-filled oceanfront 2-bed on Dallas Road.
Looking for a clean/tidy, quiet, non-smoking roomie. This is for one person only—no pets or significant others (sorry!).
I'm also hoping to share with someone who's early to rise / early to bed (like me!) as opposing schedules rarely work in small spaces.
Rent is $950 and includes all utilities (hydro, gas, and internet).
It is available immediately, but my landlord needs to vet/approve the tenant before move-in.
The house has 1 bathroom, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a sunroom (with ocean views), fireplace, and washer/dryer in the unit.
No off-street parking but there is plenty of street parking right outside our door.
Your room is fully furnished with a single bed (with bedding), nightstand, chair, closet, plants, and incredible ocean views.
