We're looking for a third roommate ($825/month) or couple ($1000/month) plus utilities, eager to move in either mid-June or July 1st to join our house (obviously half-price if you move in mid-June)! Unfurnished huge room with giant closet space, second floor with a big west facing window so sunlight is a premium - there were no bananas available for scale, but that's a queen sized bed and a 60'inch TV in the picture for context (insert Donald Trump emphasizing the word *huge*... ew, gross, but seriously, it's big).
We also have a dope kitchen, two washrooms, giant refrigerator, spacious living room, and some cool garden space out front if you want to get your hands dirty with us! 15min walk to Hillside Mall and 12min bike ride to downtown, easy access to the #22, #27-28, and #14 busses. Super quiet neighbourhood, a little cafe kitty-corner to us. About us: two very laid back guys, early 30's, outdoorsy (we walked from Mexico to Canada once... so if you're into long distance hiking or camping we'll have lots to talk about!), grad student at UVic and nursing student at Camosun/UVic. Bonus: in the fall we pick lots of fruit, so we can hook you up with free figs, plums, apples ;)
