I am a 24 year old female professional looking for a roommate for August 1st! My current roommate will be moving out and I am in need of someone to take over her room. The available bedroom is the master with an on-suite. Rent is $775/month or $805 if you need a parking space. Heat and hot water is included in the rent and there is a full gym/sauna, as well as a large 24 hour laundry room with about 10 washers and 10 dryers. Also have a dishwasher in the unit! We are within walking distance to Country Grocer, Shoppers Drug Mart and other amenities. 10 minute drive to downtown/uptown and steps away from a bus stop. It's a corner unit with a large balcony and a view of the inner harbour! I have one kitten, she's just about a year old and is extremely friendly and cuddly.
