We are located minutes from major bus routes, Mayfair Mall and Quadra Village where you will find groceries, a liquor store, a pharmacy and walk in clinic, restaurants and more ! Your roommates will be three responsible women in their late 20's who work full time. The house is kept clean, and we have a lovely back yard to relax in complete with blackberry bushes (such a treat in August).
We have one room available from July 1st to September 1st with the option of continuing to rent in September.
If needed the room can be furnished with a double bed, side table, lamp, dresser, mirror, desk and chair at no extra cost.
Wether you are looking for a long term place to live or something for just the summer. This is perfect for you.
- Rent is $754. Half a months damage deposit required.
