We have two rooms available in a newly renovated and furnished basement near UVIC and Camosun Landsdowne. Since female student from Korea will stay with you (She hasn't decided a room yet), we are seeking female international student. Move in date will be June 1st or June 15th.

- Seeking clean/tidy, quiet, and respectful female professionals or students - 6 months or longer
- One tenant per room
- Prices are $850, $950, and $1000. Utilities included.
- NEWLY renovated with new Ceiling/wall/floor/appliances/tubs/vanities/lights/windows/blinds/etc.
- NEW stainless-steel appliances: washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven

Spacious, bright room with two closets, a dresser, a queen bed with leather frame and new bedding, desk and chair. You will share a common bathroom with one other female roommate.
Room 2: $850 (Utilities included)
Bit smaller, but bright and cozy room with one closet, a dresser, a double/full bed with an Ikea frame and new bedding, desk, and chair. You will share a common bathroom with one other female roommate.
Room 3: $1000 (Utilities included)
Private entrance and PRIVATE FULL BATHROOM. Bright and quiet with one closet, a dresser, a queen bed with an Ikea frame and new bedding, desk and chair.
