Hello, I am renting my room beginning June 1st. For 3 months or longer.
The place is situated on the second floor of a 6 bedroom house. The suite itself, is contained and holds 4 of the 6 rooms. The 3 other roommates are extremely chill, and are looking for a like minded roommate.
The house has many shared commodities including: a full spacious kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, dishwasher, laundry machine, storage room, living Room, dining area, back deck, back yard and even a TV!
Utilities including hydro and heating are an extra $35 per month. Wifi is also included, and ranges in price (as we are trying to find a better plan)
The room itself is furnished with a queen mattress and a stand up closet (if you would like it). As well as the rest of the house is fully furnished with couches, dining tables and such.
Ideally we are looking for a younger like minded student to join us.
