I am a Female UVIC student looking to fill 2nd room of 2 Bedroom secure apartment .
I am looking for a female prefferred . Non Smoker , non drug user.
Apartment has all furnishings , all you would need is whatever you want in your bedroom.
Apartment is secure , has insuite laundry, dishwasher a small gym to use. Rent includes heat , hot water , Internet and hydro.
Must be cat friendly as I have a small cat.
Parking is on the street.
Rent is $650 with 1/2 months damage deposit .
Looking for July 1st .
Close to all bus routes , downtown and UVIC/ Camosun .. On Fort st.
