WANTED: 24-30" white fridge & stove for refugee family in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Ideally, looking for a package of fridge & electric stove with delivery or help loading at your end. Our refugee sponsorship group has been offered a free interim housing solution for the family we are expecting, but we need to supply major kitchen appliances.
Good working order please but doesn't need to be pretty. This would be going to people who really need it.
It's a level entrance off a driveway but we have a couple of 32" door frames to get through. We can pay a limited amount, such as $400-ish, delivered. The less we have to pay, the more we can help them with clothing or job training, etc.
We have some timing constraints. Either bought and in place by Tuesday or wait until May 1.
