TT/ Triathlon bike (small) in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Well sorted triathlon bike ready for the upcoming season.
Norco CRR Team, small aluminum frame (52cm top tube) with carbon seat stays and carbon fork.
10spd shimano 105 components with one season on it (circa 2012 but NOS from another bike) with upgrades; ultegra FD and Dura ace bar end shifters. 172.5mm shimano cranks, compact gearing 50/34 and bb30 bottom bracket.
Chain and cassette have minimal wear.
Profile carbon aero bars in great condition with fresh bar tape, multiple positions for fine tuning a good fit.
Profile design brake levers.
Shimano RS 1.0 wheels, completely true and only the one seasons use as well.
All new cables and Jagwire housing.
Clipless pedals but no cleats.
FSA race seat with titanium rails.
Rear tire is brand new, front tire will need replacing at some point.
This bike is nice and light and handles great, excellent for someone on a budget or just wishing to get their start in the sport.
I just completed the Victoria 70.3 on this bike and it performed awesome but I have no more triathlons planned.
I also have the 105 brifters that go with the rest of the components that could be worked into the deal if desired (I don't have a set of road bars however).
