Touring / commuter bike in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

This green machine makes for an excellent touring or commuting bike and includes many new components. I'm quite fond of it but I need to clear out some space in my shed.
The frame is made out of 4130 chromoly steel. This is the same material that bike manufacturers such as Surly use for their bikes. The frame size is approximately 22 inches. I'm about 6'0" and the bike fits me well.
The Shimano drivetrain has 21 speeds, with a 48-38-28 triple chainring and a 32-12 cassette. This provides a good spread of gears for cruising on level terrain or climbing a steep grade with fully-loaded panniers.
The V-brakes provide great stopping power and the brake pads are nearly-new.
The Suntour stem-mounted friction shifters make for simple, precise and worry-free operation while on the road.
The Schwalbe Marathon 26 x 1.75 tires are nearly-new and highly resistant to punctures.
The stem position is adjustable so you can make the riding position more upright if you wish.
The bike also comes with full fenders, a rear pannier rack, and a water bottle cage. The pedals shown in the photos are not the ones currently on the bike.
The frame has cosmetic scuffing, scratches, etc on it. The seat is comfortable but has some tears in it.
