Selling Custom YHC Trick Fixie (53cm) - $725 in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

I am looking to sell the following:
Custom Made YHC Trick Fixie
- Black and Red color scheme
- Small size frame, 53 cm
asking: $725
value: $3000+ (new)
The bike is in great condition. This bike was ordered while in China, taken out for no more than an hour of riding, brought over when coming to Canada, and put in storage. Straight bars have been installed with rubberized grips, making trips and control easier. The original grip tape was never installed (transport purposes). Also included are enclosed pedals (allowing for tricks or easily when learning) in addition to the flat pedals.
