Swagman is a BC company making a variety of durable car racks, including the Semi 4.0, which carries up to 2 bikes. It attaches to the wheels, for zero frame contact so it won't scratch your paint, and locks the rear wheel in securely with a ratcheting strap. The Semi 4.0 also comes with a locking cable and hitch pin to secure it to your vehicle.
It's regularly $560, but on sale for $504. While it's a two bike rack, it's expandable to four bikes with the optional Semi 4.0 add-on (regularly $345, on sale for $310.50).
