Hybrid bike _ Norco Indie IGH in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Selling my fast 3-year-old Norco Indie IGH as I'm aiming to get into road biking. The frame is 54 cm (medium) in terms of size. I'm 5' 8", and it's the perfect size for me. The bike is in very good condition and it's a fast reliable bike, especially for everyday commute. I've always kept the bike indoors. So, there is no rust, but there are a few scratches here and there on the frame. Nothing too serious, just normal scratches for a 3-year-old bike. This bike has 8 speeds.
The drivetrain of these bikes works with an internal gear hub, that does not need any maintenance or cleaning. All the gears are embedded in the rear hub. They shift smoothly and they're built to last forever.
I just got this bike tuned up at Cycles West. Also, got a brand new chain, a brand new chainring, and new rear brake pads. I have all the receipts for them.
The front brake is disc type.
The bike comes with rear and front fenders if you like. The seat is very comfortable.
