One can cruise at speeds of up to 32 km/hour in traffic or on the galloping goose. The Bionx people give it a range of 105 km on flat ground. In Victoria the effective range due to hills is around 70 km on one charge. the lithium battery is easy to charge and is locked to the rack preventing theft. The battery can be removed from the rack using the key( 2 provided).
