1974 HONDA CB750 in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Up for sale is my 1974 CB750. Specs are below. Way too much money invested. I would hate to add it up!
Engine:
836cc stock compression overbore
New exhaust guides that were honed to 0.0012" clearance
Valve seats re cut
Valves refaced with a 30degree back cut for better flow
Cylinder head resurface
Heavy duty cam chain
Heavy duty cam chain tensioner assembly
Crank shaft journals polished
New crank shaft bearings
Rebuild oil pump for higher oil pressure
Heavy duty primary chain
Heavy duty primary chain tensioner
The engine was completely disassembled, glass blasted and lightly polished
Wheels:
Aluminum alloy shouldered rims
New Spokes
New Tubes and Tires
Wheel balanced and trued
Polished brake hub assembly
New front brakes
All new cables
Frame and swing arm was stripped down and repainted.
Tapered steering bearings
New headlight
New Speedometer
New upgraded regulator/rectifier
Pamco Electronic ignition
Fully rewired.
As you can see a lot of work has gone into the bike. Selling the bike as is. Needs grips. The clutch slips out so it either needs a clutch adjustment, more more than likely new clutch springs and possibly plates. I have moved shop spaces and don't have the room for it.
