I have had this rod, reel and hard case set-up in my collection for two years. It has never been fished and is in brand new condition. Due to health reasons I must now sell it.
The bronze, right hand retrieve, 4 ½" John Milner Talisman handcrafted, full-caged centerpin fishing reel is designed for the world's most demanding salmon fishing rivers. It is constructed with a brass bushing for dependability and longevity and finished with hand-built three-piece brass and ebonite handles and a solid brass reel foot. It has a check lever. I paid John $912 for it.
The 2-peice Sage CP3113MB centerpin rod is a beautiful high-end custom built by Brian Babcock. It has never been fished. I paid $1,420 for it.
The Harding & Sons cordura nylon hard case provides a perfect fit and excellent protection for the rod and reel. I paid $245 for it.
