Teak Dining Room Table circa 1960's
Solid teak hardwood. Made in Denmark.
My parents bequeathed this table to me and my kids. They bought it in the late 60's new.
My kids are older and I have to downsize. It's too big to fit where I'm moving to.
It does need TLC.
A full refurbishing would change the appearance drastically.
Some paint from scrap book and various home projects. A few scratches as well - hence the low price.
It is a really nice teak table once it's been properly taken care of. Very simple to set up.
Has leaves at either end which extends it to a formidable length. Countless Xmas and thanks giving turkey dinners were enjoyed by many family members over the decades. I think we've sat up to 12-14 people if I remember correctly.
