Selling BEKANT Standing Desk - $450 in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

I am looking to sell:
BEKANT Ikea White Sit/Stand Desk
asking: $450
value: $640 new (+ $80 shipping)
This is a fantastically designed desk. The large working area (63" x 31 1/2") and variable height (22" to 48") make the desk incredibly versatile. I am looking to sell it since after our downsizing, it does not fit in our place. The table functions perfectly and would be in perfect shape but our dog, when a younger puppy, nibbled on one corner. It was mild surface damage and has been filled and sealed. New counter tops can be purchased from Ikea directly should that be desired. The asking price reflects this. The table comes assembled.
