This is from IKEA when they made really solid furniture. It is a dark aubergine/brownish custom leather. It is a hide-a-bed that is not the most comfortable but I used to put a topper on it when I had company (sorry the topper is not around any longer).
It has some scratches and scuff marks from being well loved but it is a solid piece. It would be perfect for a family room.
It is very heavy duty and so you would need a truck and at least two strong people to move it. I am in two story walk up with no elevator.
