Convertible Sleeper Sofa in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Sadly, due to a recent move I have to part with this gem of a sleeper sofa. I purchased this piece last year at Homesense for $500.00 and it has been only used once or twice since. Given that it is very firm, I am also including with it the unused memory foam topper that I purchased from Sleep Country and a brand new set of sheets that fit it.
The approximate dimensions are: 87" L X 32" W
When it is utilized as a bed, it is 45" W.
Given that my space current space is limited, I have cross posted this item and will give preference for someone that can pick it up within 24 hours.
