Convertible Futon and Mattress (Bed/Couch) in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Convertible futon, in good/fair condition. We've had it for roughly ten years, so it has some wear, but it's still comfortable and looks decent.
The wooden frame is made of two panels held together by three screws, and rotates from a couch to a bed shape, as needed. Very easy to assemble. The edges of the wood frame are slightly discoloured by the sun.
The mattress has sustained some staining from when we tried to clean it before selling, but it is clean. As well, I'm including a new mattress cover that we've never used and that will make the mattress surface look new.
The futon has been held in a pet-free home.

- When assembled, the wood frame is 4' x 6.8"
