Beautiful Urban Barn Couch! in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Brown chenille fabric - GUC! Most comfortable couch on the planet but too big for our space so it needs to go! Priced to sell as it's not in perfect condition. There are no stains and it's from a smoke-free home (we have a dog but she's not allowed on the furniture). However, the chenille fabric on the bottom cushions is pulled in some areas (mostly on the underside of the cushions and not noticeable on the top side). This couch would be perfect for a rec room - it's from Urban Barn so it's quality construction, it's incredibly comfortable and a solid deal! Throw pillows included.
