Lifts and reclines. Super comfortable.
We purchased this chair 2 years ago from Motion Specialties in Victoria. Works great. Burgundy colour. Clean. I attach photos of myself who is 5'8" so you can see the dimensions. Best part is that the arm rests are narrower than most and provide a better grip than wider arm rests. Also, it doesn't take up as much room as others when fully reclined.
Original price including taxes was $1300.
