We offer a very open exchange policy on PC games. Please be aware that some games might have one-time use CD keys or be account bound. Others may require workarounds to work on your operating system. Others will work just fine. We are aware of the issues that come with selling used PC games so in order to maintain being one of the last stores to deal in them we just created a more open exchange policy for these items.
Used PC games should generally be bought by those who have some tech know how. Took me a week to get Red Alert working :P
