Ideally looking for an RMT, Counsellor, or other similar profession.
This is a single use office (no reception staff, one big open room) which is currently being used by a Naturopath 3.5 days a week, and a Counsellor 1.5 days a week. Would love to have one more person to round out the week.
Available two full days, Sundays & Mondays, and one half day on Friday mornings (until 1pm).
Rent is $200 per month for 1 full day (based on a starting rent of $50/day); $360 per month for two full days, or $400 for 2.5 days, plus a proportional amount of hydro and wifi.
Fully furnished - although some changes will be made to improve flow and space usage, and some storage can be made available for files and tools of your work. Rent includes all the maintenance items for the office (lightbulbs, cleaning supplies, etc.).
The office is in a public courtyard with lots of walk-by traffic. Space is available for a hanging sign above the door, lettering on the glass door, as well as a sandwich board out front if you desire. It also has its own private bathroom, and a wee kitchen sink.
There are several businesses in the square, and lots of opportunity to network. It's a very laid back and fun place to come to work.
