While focusing on an advocacy project I've had to lay off my employees and it's occurred to me this is a nice office someone might enjoy sharing. Here are the features

- No windows, two skylights. Very bright, keeps the plants very happy, but thanks to the light coming top down, no windows reflecting in monitors.

- I can step out if you want privacy to meet clients.
- Recently painted & new flooring.
I'm a graphic designer / developer. Since we'll be sharing the office, it's important we are comfortable with each other's company.
I have two workstations available - if you want one, we can discuss whether or not to offer the other one to someone else, if we do, I can lower the cost.
If you would like to share the office but want to bring in your own PC or Laptop, I can pack away the current workstation and we can negotiate a lower cost.
