Counselling Office Space Oct 1st. in Victoria, British Columbia

I am a clinical counsellor/social worker and am looking for a subleasor for October 1st for Saturdays and Sundays. The renter must be in the counselling profession as well as per our rental agreement.
The office is located in a Professional Building on the edge of downtown at Cook and View. The space comes with access to a shared kitchen (fridge, sink, dishes, kettle, microwave, table, chairs) a landline, fax machine, locked file room and waiting room. The office has a view overlooking downtown.
Rent is $205.70 + $30 office fee = $235.70/month, 6 or 12 month sublease
