WANTED: WANTED: Livable Camper Van in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

I am in rather urgent need of a fully set up, livable camper van. My budget is small (up to 2k) but if you have any need for labor or help with online marketing I can offer you my services to cover the extra costs.
Something that runs decently well so that I can at least expect to explore the island with it. Very important though is that it is equipped already with things that make van living more tolerable like sinks, burners, beds, storage space, power hookup etc.
Must be registered in BC already if there are any doubts about it passing a safety.
I am in Victoria without a vehicle but I can take the bus or otherwise find my way to you if you're up-island or mainland
