18-20mpg, very large towing capacity (no problem towing food trailer, boat etc) works great.

I converted it to sleep in as i do many trips across b.c. last trip i took was 10000km trip all around bc and through rockies, with 0 issues. Stopped at many places along the way to rest, and had 0 problems with being hassled by police or to pay camping fees, and i felt safe and comfortable everywhere i stayed (wish i thought of this while i was doing my schooling, would of made the debt much less haha). I also used this vehicle to do a job in terrace around april, i lived in it comfortable for two months parked by where i had to work, had my tools loaded in the back and ran a generator to run a fan, hotplates to make food, run tassimo to make good coffee, charge my laptop, sometimes if my work site didnt have wifi id park outside tim hortons to catch wifi watch netflix, skype. The part thats the living area is fully insulated with lino flooring as well as new carpeting,( a full size human can comfortably stand up) has a table, many drawers comfortable mattress,lights, k1 heater which i never used. The living area was built for easy disassembly in mind (just need to remove one wall and you can put it back later if you want) but even with the living area there is much space left for tools and hauling things.
