vin#2W87K9L152039 . The 403 was generally a California sold option starting in '77. This car is registered as a Canadian import. It still has stock exhaust with log manifolds, resonators catalytic convertor and mufflers all in tact and look quite good. It has the original WS6 15 x 8 snowflake wheels., plus additional set of 17" yearone snowflakes as shown in pics. The paint is pretty good, showing only a few minor flaws. The interior looks quite nice for being original, and comes with a new carpet kit. Little, to no rust anywhere! (floor / quarters / trunk pan / tail pan / frame rails / firewall / fenders / hood / roof / doors / rockers along with rest of body in great shape!) Also #'s matching - good running drivetrain.
It runs smoothly and drive's quite well for being 36yrs old, and is in very good "driver" condition, so you can drive it and show it respectively as is , or continue to restore it to perfection for little additional investment. This is the first year of 4 wheel disc brakes associated with the WS6 option. Has 6.6 (olds 403) with shaker hood option, and hardtop! so no issues with t-roofs! and really able to maximize horsepower in a car like this! original quadra-jet carb is rebuilt, suspension is upgraded with new springs/koni classic shocks, new rear leafs in good shape, no disappointments here! these sell for $60k in excellent original condition, and they continue to appreciate. Great investment!
