WANTED: Space to paint my van in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Hi there,
I reckon this is a long shot, but I'm looking for indoor space to paint my van.
I've got an older dodge van that I am turning into a low budget camper. It needs a paint job. I'm currenly doing all the sanding and prep outside at my place. Unfortunately, I think it is too cold for paint to properly bind to metal right now. If someone has some extra space indoors I could use for a couple days, that would really help me out.
I'm very carefull, and clean when it comes my workspace, and I respectful of other peoples things. I intend to use the space respectfully and in a low impact manner.
