WANTED: Wanted Storage for small Boat 17' (Victoria Area) in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Hi I need a spot for my 17' small fishing boat. I am looking to store it and use it on some weekends, the more secure the better and if there was a hose to rinse it that would be a bonus. It is licensed and insured, I would remove the electronics etc. when not in use. I do not plan to use it for a while right now.
The boat is in great shape with almost new motors, 4 strokes. The over all space size should be about 24' by 9+' wide to store the boat/trailer. Covered would be great but not required.
Victoria city area to Esquimalt if possible, please let me know if you have a decent spot, IE fairly easy to put in and out of the spot and what you would want per month. I am professional and respectful, I have owned a number of boats, this is not a project boat as I have done most everything last season on it.
