As this boat is advertised elsewhere this auction can be terminated at any time. Classic Grand Banks woody, purchased from the Grand Banks Dealer, it was ownedby 1 of the partners who passed away. It had a good survey. It is also unmolested and has the highly desireable Grand Banks features such as the stainless fridge with the classic "freezer style" wood door as well as the steady sail mast. All bronze railing stanchions and many bronze fittings. In the fall of2015, I had a 2-season bottom paint done, new zincs and the propeller anti-fouled. The Lehman diesel was completely serviced includingall belts, fluids and filters. The gearbox oil was changed. The refrigerationwas recharged and a new heating element installed in the hot water tank. Thisboat has “great bones” but needs cosmetic attention.A great choice to cruise to Alaska or Mexico (1,000mi range) and a verycomfortable live aboard. This is a heavily built classic trawler, with a loving owner she should be able to ply our waters for years to come.
