The 44's were built on a solid fiberglass semi-displacement hull with high free board, hard chines, and a prop-protection gull length keel.
The three-cabin floor plan includes an aft full beam, spacious, teak-filled master stateroom with a walk around queen bed and an ensuite head with full shower. Forward there are two staterooms, one v-berth and one single - with a second full head with full shower. The main and very spacious salon has a settee that converts to a double bed, ample seating room, lower helm, and a galley with full-size fridge and new 3 burner propane stove. The command bridge has another settee and ample seating for all your cruising guests.
The meticulously maintained twin Ford Lehman naturally aspirated and very economical diesel engines only have 2500hrs, and the additional new bow thruster makes maneuvering this boat smooth and easy.
Recent upgrades include new propane stove, new electronics up and down including chart plotters and radio, new radar which is also linked with chart plotter, new bow thruster, new house and starting batteries, new wiring in the engine room, new high output alternator for charging batteries, etc. etc. The current owner did everything required to fully update this vessel and the previous owner maintained her in virtually new condition.
