Clean and mechanically sound 1974 Ericson sailboat. Palmer 60 engine purrs like a kitten. Has had regular maintenance, new prop and zincs last year when hauled out for routine bottom work. Comes with dinghy and 2 h.p. Nissan motor.Standing rigging in fair shape, roller furling.
