1991 Campion 215 Pilothouse w/ 150 HP Mariner - $4700 in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Used regularly as an inter-island commuter vessel for our Gulf Islands cottage. Presently moored near Nanaimo. Moorage is NOT included or provided temporarily.

Pilothouse was professionally built for the boat. The boat's Mariner 150 HP oil injected outboard starts and runs well. Recent outboard shop repair records are available. Self-bailing, walk around decks. No rips or tears in either indoor upholstery or outside cushions. Newer pilothouse seats. Honda 7HP 4-stroke kicker outboard in good condition. Transom bait tanks, built-in fish holds. New Lewmar claw-type anchor. Old, but functional
Garmin chartplotter. Dock lines and fenders. Porta-potty in cuddy cabin, which sleeps two. Most recent haul out and bottom paint July 2012. New, yet to be installed Brazilian cherry wood pilothouse doors.

Disclosure of all significant issues of which I'm aware:

-During most recent haul out cosmetic gel coat blistering was noted along underwater planing chines. See photos. These were not repaired.

-During the boat's most recent usage (this month) the hydraulic, electrically activated trim tabs ceased functioning, although they functioned fine previously. A fuse is suspected, but the problem has not yet been addressed.

-The wiring done by a previous owner was performed poorly and stands to be revised.

- Fairly recent repairs have been done at the boat's inner transom to correct/prevent water intrusion and softness (a very common trait with such vintage Campions, Trophys, Grady Whites, etc. walkarounds, but too rarely disclosed). No transom flexing is evident and no stress cracks or gelcoat checking is found. However, no further recent follow-up has been done.

- Windscreen wipers, VHF and fishfinder unit are not functioning.
