1977 Catalina 27 "Sea Hymn" *UPDATED* in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

Sea Hymn is in great sailing condition and set up for living aboard. We obtained an in-water survey in September which I can provide upon request. Bottom Paint and Zincs done September 2018. Here are the details.
