1975 Marina 75 double ended motor sailor in Victoria, British Columbia for sale

The Marina 75 was built in Finland to a classic double ended north sea design.
Her hull is "lapstrake" fiberglass construction with wooden decks and cabin. Her dimensions are 7.55m long, 2.49m beam, and 1.1m draft. Displacement is 2600 kgs.
Power is by a Yanmar diesel model YSE12 rebuilt in the early 2000s with about 800 hrs since O/H, driving a 3 bladed prop.
There is tiller steering in the cockpit and wheel steering in the pilothouse. She is sloop rigged with spars by Seldon. The sails are recent and in good condition with roller furling for the genoa and lazy jacks on the main. There is a new mainsail cover and a new canvas full boat winter cover.
There has been much upgrading in recent years including: upholstery, curtains, new forced hot air furnace by Wallas (alcohol fueled), new DC & AC panels and wiring, new battery charger, drained, cleaned and installed drain tap on stainless steel fuel tank (60 liters), rebuilt starter and alternator and new regulator, new stanchions and life lines, new windlass (manual) new single cable steering and helm, new custom galley construction and forward hatch, etc.
She has a 10 kg. plow anchor with 5/16 galvanized chain and nylon rode. Her equipment includes a Pioneer stereo, Garmin depth sounder, icom VHF, Danforth compass, and brass clock and barometer.
There is a marine toilet, and berths for 4, a two burner gimbaled alcohol stove, a rail mounted BBQ, and a stainless steel sink fed from a plastic 75 liter fresh water tank.
The sale includes a Zodiac Zoom inflatable tender with new oars, oarlocks, and seat.
All external brightwork has been refinished and is in good condition. The boat was hauled in May 2018 and was bottom painted and new zincs were installed.
