Sailing/floor/double slide seat model/ Boat has many unique modifications
- extra fine fiberglass finish on the inside/ not the usual finish like on the stock boats
- 1/2 marine plywood cored tanks, this stops the usual flexing in tanks found on the stock boats which lead to the bulkhead hatches leaking
- three lifting points installed within the tanks/ but put in so as not to interfere with sitting while sailing/ another problem which stock boat that come with this option have.
- boom and mast have 10 hand coats of clear varnish/ stock boats typically come with three coats from a dip tank.
- mast is about 6" longer than a stock 17' sail to allow the attachment of spinnaker halyard hardware.
- stainless steel keel strip starts far above the water line on the transom and goes up the bow under the bow cap/ stock boat stop the keel strip on the bow and stern at the water line.
- bow and trans eyes for tying lines to will fit a 1/2 rope through/ stock boat will not fit a 3/8 through these holes
- there is a permanently mounted hand pump on the lower part of the back tank which allows water to be pumped out from under the floor
- this boat has been in the water 3 times and since the last time she was in the water she has had the bottom professionally polished back to new condition. As well last year had all the copper cleaned including rivets.
- galvanized trailer comes with the boat
- sails are in new condition/ clean forest green sail covers/ sails are a very nice dark bark with white trim in colour
- three sets of leather collared oar's
- two slide seats/ some hardware still needs installation on slide seats
- extra thick teak foot blocks on the floor
- brass and teak mounted reefing blocks for jib sheet
- stern motor pad/ never be used
- bronze centerboard
- teak has been oiled and taken care of. This boat is in 95% new condition
